TERMS OF SERVICE

Each piece of SIMMONS is made to order to keep waste minimal and the standard of quality high. Once an order is confirmed please allow a 17 business day turnaround for your garments to be made. Delivery will be made on the final day of the turnaround time if not before. If your garments are needed for an event that falls within or on the cusp of the 17 business days, please contact customercare@bysimmons.com before placing your order to see if we can fast track your garment.

By purchasing a SIMMONS garment you agree not to resell or duplicate the design as it is intended for personal wear only. SIMMONS reserves the right to cancel an order if it is deemed for commercial use.

All images and text on the SIMMONS website, social media and advertising whether it be digital or print remain the intellectual property of SIMMONS. If you are found to be using that information without prior approval legal action may follow.
