RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Simmons will always act in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

Due to the nature of our made to order business model we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes purchased however, we will happily offer you an exchange of a different size. All exchanges must be returned in an unused/new condition otherwise they will be returned to the customer. Exchanges must be arranged and the order returned within 10 business days of being received.
 
There are no refunds or exchanges offered on garments that have been customised or tailored as they are by nature made for you.

Although every piece is looked over during making and is measured for quality control sometimes things can get missed. If your garment has an unreasonable flaw or is outside of the 5% measurement tolerance, we will remake your order or give you a full refund at your preference. If a remake or refund has been arranged the original garment must be returned in an unused/new condition within 10 business days of being received. 

Track & Trace is essential for returns via the post as SIMMONS takes no responsibility for items that are lost during the returns process. If your garment is found to be flawed or outside of the measurement tolerance SIMMONS will cover the postage of returning the garment as well as all costs related to shipping the replacement if one is requested. 

We kindly ask that you check over our measurement guide before placing your order to minimise the risk of incorrect purchasing. SIMMONS will always endeavour to rectify returns, exchanges and refunds as soon as possible. If your order does not fit as you had hoped then you can contact us at customercare@bysimmons.com and we will find a solution.
